These terms explain the deal between you and KzaFekra in plain language. By using the service you agree to them.
1.The service
KzaFekra helps you organize projects, capture context and see project costs. It is free during our launch phase. We'll give notice before introducing any paid plan, and nothing you've stored will be locked behind it without warning.
2.Your account
Access opens through a waitlist or an invite; we may approve, decline or limit accounts. One account is for one person. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
3.Your content
Everything you add stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you add.
4.Money figures are not advice
Costs and totals in KzaFekra are for planning and visibility. They are not accounting, tax or financial advice, and currencies are never converted. Check important numbers with a professional.
5.Fair use
Don't use KzaFekra to break the law, to store malware, to attack or overload the service, or to access other people's data. Storage and file-size limits apply and may differ per account.
6.Availability
We work hard to keep KzaFekra running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Export your data regularly if it's important to you.
7.Suspension and closing
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using KzaFekra at any time and ask us to delete your account and data.
8.Liability
To the extent the law allows, KzaFekra isn't liable for indirect losses or decisions made based on figures in the app.
9.Changes
We may update these terms. We'll let you know in the app about meaningful changes before they apply.
